Michael F. Brandenberger, brings a unique skill set to his many clients.  Active in the commercial real estate industry for over 30 years, he has a long record of success in completing a wide variety of real estate assignments including apartment and land brokerage, commercial/industrial sales and leasing, multifamily and income property appraisal, commercial mortgage banking and HUD multifamily lending.  He holds a BBA degree from the University of Texas at Austin and is also a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and Texas Certified General Appraiser.
